The guys that work at the new Flower Mound TX store are rude and grumpy. At least the ones that worked Tuesday night May 20, 2008. I went in to get my favorite Vegetarian sandwhich Humus and Bell Pepper to go. They made fun of the my order and said nobody ever orders vegetarian. I dontthink they had ever made one. The Manager was a young guy in a bad mood which set the tone for the 3 even younger guys working for him that he was rudely bossing around. everyone looked really unhappy to be there. Not a good experience and on top of that when I got home there was no hummus & Bell Pepper on my sandwhich- just the veggies I marked on the bag! IT'S A HUMMUS AND BELL PEPPER SANDWICH FOR PETE SAKE!!! I was there the Saturday before and an older guy was running the place. Much better atmosphere but it took 20 mins to make a sandwhich. I have been 3-4 times now. Not sure I will go back especially after last experience.

If you care,

I and folks from my office USE to frequent your establishment several times a month, and the other day noticed you had TVs. Today there is a VERY important game on ESPN2 (Man. United vs. Chelsea - Champion League Final). So I figured for lunch I would go eat lunch at Which-wich and watch the game. When I arrived the TV was on ESPN, like it was last time I was in, and I asked them to switch to ESPN2 (at that time there were a few customers there, but still two staff were standing around talking, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt). Then after about 15 minutes there were NO customers and four employees were just standing around talking, so I asked again and received a rude response, he then rolled his eyes at me and asked a lady to do it. She promptly ignored it. I waited another 15 minutes and as she stood at the front counter just looking around with nothing to do, I pointed at the TV and asked now a third time. She rolled her eyes and walked away....never to be seen again.

So like any now pissed off customer I left and went back to the office.

And to top it off, I checked horseradish on my menu and did not receive it.

You have some serious employee and lack of customer service issues at your establishment.

Regards,
Charles
