Which Wich chief vibe officer Jeff Sinelli, pictured here with Howard Gordon of the Gordon Group, recently attended the 91st annual National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago. Nation’s Restaurant News published its recap of the NRA show in its June 14, 2010 edition, including party pics from the MenuMasters awards celebration. Sinelli may not have made it into print (this time!), but you can see this photo and more from the shindig at nrn.com.

Flag Your Bag and Win a $500 Gift Card to Which Wich

So did you get your favorite wich today? If so you might have noticed the special edition blue Sharpies that just arrived in stores. Why? Because we’re having a contest, that’s why! To celebrate the 4th of July—and to honor U.S. troops—Which Wich launched the Flag Your Bag promotion. Guests are invited to draw their best red-and-blue doodles, take a picture of their patriotic bags, upload their photo to the wall on Facebook.com/WhichWich, and tag themselves to their photos. The bag with the most "likes" will receive a $500 gift card to Which Wich; second and third place will get a $250 and $100 gift card, respectively. The contest ends July 11 at 11:59 p.m., and all the bags will be boxed up and sent to the troops overseas so they "get the picture" of how grateful we are for their service.

Which Wich was named the Best Place To Get a Sandwich in Dallas in Pegasus News' inaugural DFW's Ultimate Best competition. In order to be a nominee in the Pegasus News poll, businesses had to be named a best by another Dallas-Fort Worth media outlet, such as D Magazine, Dallas Observer, WFAA, Fort Worth Weekly, or Citysearch. (BTW, Which Wich was named Best Sandwich Shop in North Texas in 2009 on WFAA.com.) Even though Which Wich is a national concept, we get all giddy when our hometown shows us some love.
