Austin Which Wich Manager Wins Excellence Award

Congratulations to Juana Castro, general manager of the Which Wich location at Sunset Valley in Austin, Texas.  Juana was recently selected by the Greater Austin Restaurant Association as the recipient of the the 2008 Excellence Award Winner in the manager category.  

Franchisee Phil Mayfield had the following praise of his esteemed employee:  "After she started off as simply a competent and dependable line worker over a year ago, she has truly blossomed into an efficient and enthusiastic trainer and leader.  She has proven to be creative and conscientious since becoming our newest store manager, and always seems to have a great attitude.  We're glad to have Juana on our team!"  Franchisee Cherry Hearn added, "We are very honored as a company to have the Texas Restaurant Association Austin Chapter's award for manager go to one of our own."
