I have eaten at Which wich only once but have fallen in love with the food and most definitely the concept!
As I walked in I thought to myself wow, this reminds me a lot of Genghis Grill and then read up today on all the details... I am amazed!
I saw at the store and online that I should make my sandwich WICKED for only a $1.00 more but couldn't find the selection on the bag! Do you just write WICKED somewhere on the bag or is this a new concept with a selection on the way?
I also believe that a Southwestern Flare may also be a good concept! Take the ideals of Bobby Flay and Mesa Grill, and turn it into a possible Which ??????. This would compete against Chipotle, Free Birds, and numerous other franchises but if you offered this option with numerous Which's together at one location or in a mall food court... you would be available to take the other franchises by storm!
I forgot to mention above that I would love to try and find the new Which Burger coming out this year! i will most definitely stay in touch!

The WICKED is its own wich, not a style of wich. It is our speciality creation of 5 meats and 2 cheeses and we charge a dollar more for it. It has its own bag, marked "WICKED," located next to the other ten categories. Thanks for your feedback and we hope you enjoy your first WICKED! Let us know. Best WICHES!
