Hello! I have a blog about restaurants in Athens, Ga., and I noticed you are opening a location there. I made a post about your restaurant. Feel free to comment or write about when it's going to open. We are curious and excited!

Our first visit to Which Wich in Bee Cave was during the Lake Travis State Football championship celebration. The store was packed but the staff was very efficient and we were in and out quickly. Unfortunately the 3 other times I have been, it has been very disappointing. I do like the sandwiches so I hope the service improves. The last visit was on Sunday 2-17. 2 groups were ahead of us but it took 45 minutes to get our 4 sandwiches. Staff spent their time trying to figure whose sandwich was whose since the cashier was not ensuring names on the bags. Supplies were not stocked. Workers were watching TV. There were 4 workers behind the counter and it appeared nothing was being done. The owner should be present until they are confident that their staff can function.

I went to this place and bought a couple of wiches, one for that night and one for the next morning. The sandwich I ate that night was very tasty. The sandwich I had popped in the fridge had mold on its bread.

This place obviously does not use fresh bread. Disgusting. I've never seen mold on Subway, and that's a foul international chain. This should not be tolerated.
