One phrase sums it up...Horrible Service! They didnt have chicken to start thats ok...I switch my order to Turkey which they say they have. After ten minutes of waiting I get called up and oh sorry sir we dont have Turkey. Ok well how about Pork. Yep got that. So i take a choice i dont want still expecting to get the sandwich to come the way i ordered it other than the meat selection. What i got was nothing close to my order. Absolutely terrible sandwich and service! Management needs to some work!! Horrible experience!!!

Give them a break....the location has been open less than three weeks, it takes a while to get the supplier orders on a schedual based on what is popular in that area. As for the turkey, maybe they had it when you asked, but by the time your sandwich got to that point, it ran out. Dont think they are just stupid...try it again, it will probably be alot different now that the initial problems have had time to get worked out.

Which Wich Iowa City was overwhelmed by the amount of traffic that came through our establishment on Friday, Oct. 12. We sincerely apologize for not having extra prep put in place to handle the overflow of Wiches made that day. In the future, you can expect that we will be better prepared for the unexpected volume.

I was there! The Which Wich in Iowa City on Friday was unbelievably busy!!! I waited with my friends visiting from Illinois and there was a line out the door and down the the sidewalk!! Even though it took time to get our sandwiches, we still went back for seconds after the game on Saturday......Give them a break!!

Gonna have to say I enjoy Which Wich quite a bit. The people who work there all seem very nice, while also being a very contemporary and relaxed place to eat at. Needless to say, the sandwiches are of much better quality than those of other local joints, especially considering my college student budget.

Sometimes things go completely beyond your control, so don't kid yourself otherwise. I, for one, will be coming back. I still have a tenth sandwich to claim.

I've been in there twice, and the service was good.

The food was great, too.

I'll be a returning customer.

This place is amazing. the sandwiches are incredible and the people are so kind. the entire experience has been above and beyond my expectations time and time again. the owners are often in there and they're wonderfully friendly. i wish them the best of luck on the economical adventure. They absolutely deserve to succeed.
