Ate here on Monday, Feb. 16 - everything was perfect. Then went back tonight at about 7 pm. Totally different crew.
One employee was blowing her nose in the sandwich-making area. I noticed. And, employee taking sandwiches out of the oven and dressing them was EATING over the counter...where he was dressing sandwiches!
Not sure what to say about it...I love Which Wich and was thrilled about this new location. Now, I'm not so sure.
I went to the store this past week and it was absolutely perfect. It had all four elements anyone could ask: Quality, Cleanliness, Service, and Experience! Keep up the great work!
