Restaurant Industry Guru Praises Which Wich

Check out this great blog -- "It's in the Bag" -- about Which Wich and our "low tech and very effective" ordering system by Lane Cardwell at Chain Leader magazine.  Lane has thirty years of expertise in the restaurant industry and he eats at about 600 restaurants a year!  We're honored he's a WW fan.
